Shipping & Delivery
Every Gully Brands piece is printed on demand — made fresh for you when you order.
- Production: your order is printed, packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of confirmation.
- Delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch, anywhere in India — about 5–8 working days from order to doorstep (27,000+ pin codes served).
- Charges: FREE shipping on every order, all over India. No hidden fees at checkout.
- Payment: Secure online payments only — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
- Checkout: when you tap Checkout you'll complete payment on our secure, PCI-compliant checkout at checkout.gullybrands.in (powered by Shopify). It's the same Gully Brands Clothing order — your bag, prices and free shipping carry over.
- Tracking: you'll get an email + tracking link (AWB) as soon as your order ships.
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of the shipping email, write to us with your order ID and we'll chase it down.
Returns & Exchange
Because every product is printed on demand just for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size selection — please check the size guide below before ordering.
We WILL replace or refund, no drama, if:
- the product arrives damaged or defective,
- the print is wrong or badly misprinted,
- you received the wrong item or size (our mistake).
To claim: email us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims get a free replacement, or a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Gully Brands Clothing is an independent Indian label making Y2K graphic crop tops for it girls and hopeless romantics. Every piece is designed in Mumbai and printed to order in India on soft 180 GSM super-combed cotton, so nothing is mass-produced and nothing sits in a warehouse.

Terms of Sale
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping is free across India. There are no additional charges at checkout.
- Orders are confirmed by email once payment succeeds. Because each top is printed to order, an order can be cancelled only before it goes into production — email us within 12 hours of ordering.
- Payment is processed on our secure Shopify checkout. We never see or store your card details.
- Delivery estimates are 5–8 working days across India; see Shipping & Delivery.
- Returns follow our Returns & Exchange policy: no change-of-mind returns on made-to-order items; damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded.
- Colours may vary slightly from screen to garment. Printed garments are pre-shrunk; follow the care instructions to keep the print sharp.

Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and support you.
- What we collect: your name, delivery address, email and phone number when you order, and the items you buy. Payment details are handled by Shopify's checkout and its payment providers; we don't receive your card or UPI credentials.
- How we use it: to print, ship and track your order, to answer support requests, and — only if you opt in at checkout — to send you updates about new drops. You can unsubscribe from any email.
- Who we share it with: our print-and-fulfilment partner and courier (to make and deliver your order), Shopify (to process it) and, in aggregate, analytics and advertising tools (Meta Pixel, Google) so we can measure the site. We never sell personal data.
- Cookies: this site uses cookies for the shopping bag and for analytics/advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser; the bag still works for the session.
