Refund policy

Every Gully Brands Clothing product is printed on demand — made fresh for you when you order. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size selection. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

 

We WILL replace or refund, no questions asked, if: the product arrives damaged or defective; the print is incorrect or badly misprinted; or you received the wrong item or size due to our mistake.

 

To claim: email gullybrands.in@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims receive a free replacement, or a full refund to your original payment method (COD refunds via UPI or bank transfer) within 7-10 working days.

 

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled only before they enter production (within approximately 12 hours of ordering). After that, your piece is already being printed for you.
